We had dinner at Crystal Jade... yum yum!!!~~ As you grow older, the number of poeple who actually remember your birthday tends to decrease..some how you dont really wish people to know how old you are.. but i still thank those who remember mine =D i am still alive..I have not been blogging...for such a looooooooooooooong time...
but i am still alive =D it's just that i didnt really have internet access in US...the place i was staying is still using dial-up...it took like 5 mins to load one page...
I am back home again!!~~~ yeah =D a darker me =.= (but i like...) maybe fatter too...
4 more days more before i am going back to sg... 6 more days to enjoy before school re-opens...

Met up wk and pw and went to a "Ulu" Ramen restaurant that was highly recommended by wk... I finally got my April allowance...oh yeah!! GSS =D Allowance...why does my company keep delaying my allowance??
what an inefficient organisation...!! =.= FarewellAfter a series of farewell lunch with my colleagues, finally, my last day of attachment has come..the day i have been longing for!! but its with mixed feelings.. because sometimes its just hard to say goodbye!!
i was busy preparing some small gifts for a few close colleagues for the past few days..just a small box of candies from precious moment and a simple card with my own drawing.. pretty presentable! =D i made a personalised handphone strap for one of my very close colleague!! very beautiful handphone strap! i think i shall make one for myself..
I put those gifts on their tables early in the morning to avoid the embarrassing moment of "thank you and you're welcome"..but they still came to my desk and said "thank you" to me... =.=
Anyway..i still want to thank them for making my IA memorable..although i have been complaining most of the time! there are still times that i will not forget...

Ok! its holiday!! Weeeewweeee...~~~  free swimming on sunday~~ good or bad???I had an end-of-IA pre-celebaration last friday at Billy Bombers... because THIS IS THE LAST WEEK OF MY IA...weeeweee =D we only ordered 2 dishes because the serving is big there..yum yum... (like that how to say bye-bye to my fats???!?!?! =.=)

I had no tuition on sunday...oh yeah, finally i could sleep till 10am!! we went swimming in the afternoon..and the entrance fee was free-of-charge! i had no idea why! but who cares?!?!? haha... Half way swimming, i realised there's this LAO DI GOU (old pervert) peeped at me or probably other girls in the pool...whenever he came nearer...i would accelerate until darling could not catch up with me!!! =.= so disgusting man!! when you swam pass him, he would turn his whole head and look at you..oh my god! that was sooo scary...! Girls, please be careful...there're many other weird men yesterday, one of them actually rested ON the lane divider like nobody's business ..=.= So sometimes, its not really goood to have free stuff..because that will invite all the funny people...
Who is cuter??? =D darling's eyes are way toooooooooooooooooo big!! =.= Wedding by the beach..WOW...I was rather occupied last weekend...
Saturday
I woke up early at 7am and went to help out the animal welfare event SYMPOSIUM at SMU...our role was to usher people to the correct auditorium...there were some organisations who came down to sell their goods to raise funds..one of the organisation asked for our help to look after their booth and they went missing..i was told that one of the person in charge was the speaker..but why cant they send more people down?? weird.. i volunteered since i had to leave earlier.. the business was quite good during lunch break =D oh yea, talking about lunch..the organisor ordered the lunch from an indian caterer and it was for vagans! it's vegetarian meal without eggs and dairy products.. -.- i refused to eat at the beginning..but i was too hungry =S so i just took some fried rice and crackers.. ok, eatable...
Smaller Exhibitions on how wild animals have been tortured by human..for example, people take the bear bile as they believe bear bile can cure some illness. Sunday After giving tuition, darling and i went sentosa to attend his cousin's wedding..its WEDDING BY THE BEACH at Rasa Sentosa.. -.- it was like so WOW right? eh..i dont really think so.. the solemnisation was held under the hot sun at 2pm! -.- really very hot!! the groom was terrible! the way he said "yes i do" was very insincere...that was bad...the bride was pretty =D but short..haha..just like me..HAHA...
Wedding by the Beach After the solemnisation, we had hi tea buffet at the pavilion hall..i must say that the smoked duck was SUPER DUPER DELICIOUS! and i kept eating it..opps! the rest of the dishes were just mediocre..haha...
You must be wondering why i didnt take a picture of the smoked duck since its so delicious..that is because i was too busy eating and totally forgot about it =D these pictures were taken before i started eating..HAHAHA...
I returned home at 8pm at night to watch the charity show for the victims of the sichuan earthquake. so sad..i have been avoiding watching those news of the earthquake, because i cried everytime when i heard those touching stories of how the parents and teachers saved their children and students..  humans are so tiny and fragile when facing the nature.. lets treasure life..

When i look at those victims of the earthquake and cyclone, i am happy that i am fat because i have food..i am happy that i am doing my attachment in LTA because i get pay to learn new things..i am happy to wake up at 6am in the morning because i am still alive...
We are so fortunate! Photoshooting...I was told that i would have a photoshooting session for new bus lanes yesterday..but it was not confirmed..because the engineer in charge had to seek approval from my supervisors..the dress code was light office wear..
I purposely worn black top today with no makeup!...i was innocently hoping to escape from the photoshooting session...but NO WAY!! the engineer had gotten approval from my senior engineer and i had to go! -.- fine..
When i reached the comfort depot lobby, i saw many other girls waiting...they dressed neatly with THICK makeup..i guess they really dreamt to be the cover girl..!! haha..I thought it would be some close-up shoots which my enlarged pores and pimple scars would be seen clearly...not to mention about my panda eyes!! fortunately.. what we had to do was to act as bus passengers..hahaha..yeah =D i could see all the disappointing faces!! the photoshooting session was supposed to be from 12:30pm to 4pm..however, the actual shooting time was only 1 hour! the rest was WAITING TIME...i almost felt asleep on the bus~~ that would be very natural, wouldn't it??!!?? =X
I was back to office at 4:30pm..the security guard said "can go home already la.." what the hell!! he thought i went out and shopping??? =.= no wonder he is JUST A GUARD~~~ anyway... i dont care~ because HE IS JUST A GUARD~~

I woke up early in the morning..did my laundry and swept the floor!! so dusty!! shag!! i met darling at redhill after his tuition and we had our lunch at Joaquim, the porridge buffet at suntec convention centre. The spread was not so bad but the taste was just ordinary! but the sliced fish porridge was delicious..the cantonese style congee!! yummy =D

I took one-day leave on monday! for no reason... i just wanted to take a break.. but at the end, i still woke up at 9am!!!! because the air force was having their practice and the plane was so close to the residential area... the engine was roaring so loud as if its going to crash my window..damn it! my beauty sleep was ruined!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!! My Off Day = tuitions + supermarket + housework + cooking = housewife -.- i dont wish to be a housewife.. because housewife = yellow-faced woman!!
yummy yummy yummy, i've got love in my tummy !!~~~ Junction Study (part 2)I woke up at 5 am yesterday for my site visiting... super shag and almost collapsed before i reached home.. =.= but at least i managed to make some useful observations =D one of my colleague told me "aiyah..no need to do la..who cares?" yes, i understand i have limited knowledge of traffic studies..and my supervisors might not ever bother about my suggestions..but at least i tried my best..i started from zero and now i have learnt the properly procedures of how to study a junction..sometimes we just need to have a good attitude towards our work =D

I went to site last friday morning!!! i woke up at 5am too~ but when i reached there..there's no jam at all and the school gate was not open.. =.= then i went back to office and checked the school website..SJI (St Joseph's Institution)was having sports day on that day... erkkkkk ~~~ @#$@$#%^
I am looking forward to 1st of May!!!!! its public holiday =D oh yeah..

也有着相同的感觉 Junction Study (part 1)My senior engineer has assigned to study a junction due to some complaints from the public. And I am very excited about it.. =D I have something to do again...but its not easy…because this engineer is super duper fussy and has a extremely high expectation. Anyway...i still take this positively…
Its not very easy to study a junction…you need to have some knowledge about traffic engineering…but I don’t find this in my brain...so I just apply whatever I have learnt for these few months…things like collecting counts, studying the phase diagrams and cycle length and also looking at the environment around the junction etc…then you think of some solutions from your study and observations…
I have so-called studied this particular junction for a few days, and I made my way down on site to take a look “how bad” the situation was…I went there twice…once in the evening and another in the morning! this morning i managed to reach there at 6:25am! (thank you darling for fetching me there although he’s sick!) I observed for almost 45mins and there’re no heavy jams! =.= it started to rain…so I had to leave that place as there're no shelters nearby..arrrrrgh!!
Anyway...i discussed my findings with the engineer, she gave me positive comments =DD good progress...

i am happy because you are with me...I have completed 15 weeks of IA...yeah! 7 more weeks to go =D i am really excited about my coming holidays now...
Dieting program is still going on! i have been eating fish soup and fish bee hoon...not so bad =D i felt lighter!
To pamper myself a little bit.. i had desserts on friday after dinner!! my favourite desserts stall at Liang Seah street! 记得吃..
I bought a new pair of sunglasses and i forced darling to wear it..he's so reluctant because he said its ugly =.= ...but he wore it still...looked cool right?!?!
Saturday was another fun loving day! one of my student cancelled the tuition because she had to complete her CIP..its so weird..why cant they do it after exam? never mind! after 3-hr tuition, we went to PS then ORCHARD...there are quite many changes..so its time to keep ourselves updated...

Pikachu with rabbit ears! so they are now called pikabits! darling was again bullied by me..becasue i asked him take photo with this super duper cute pikabit...niceee =D i mean perfect!!!! We had dinner at food republic..it's soooo crowded although it was already 8:30pm!!! Kueh Tu Tu is darling's favourite!
I didnt manage to swim this sunday! because i was cheated by the ark clouds!! it looked as though it was going to ain..so we walked back home..but it didnt rain at all...=.= Random... We went to Geylang last weekend and tried the beef hor fun, which is highly recommended by darling!! YUM YUM..but the coffee pork ribs were not so fantastic because its abit too bitter for me!! =.=
a very healthy dinner prepare by chef chen (means myself la)...tou fu soup with chicken...Urrm...lack of some green vegetables =( but its still very nutritional and delicious.. ^o^
Very cute right? Winnie the Pooh chocolate from Tokyo Disneyland =D but now its already in my stomach.. After all the food mentioned above, we shall talk about arts... Look at my beautiful drawings =P
